That’s my poor comprehension then. I searched for steel and stitch. Dummy
I'm sure a big part of these type of collabs is that the non knife companies influence will potentially bring in new customers. The knife world is a pretty small and niche place so showcasing your product to a totally new and different clientele could be huge. Another example is the collab of Supreme and Benchmade. How many people who didn't know or care about knives but were fans of that brand bought that knife and suddenly got exposed to this world of higher end knives. These type of collabs aren't really targeted at the knife companies usual customers. So what exactly does the clothing company do in this collab other than allowing its logo on the XM-18's G-10 scale?
A denim micarta scale would’ve made too much sense.Supply the jeans for the micarta.
That makes some sense to me. Nah. Supreme is a well established street wear/hipster brand. They literally sold bricks for like $100. This collab is nothing like benchmade and supreme. Maybe closer to n’esspresso and sakI'm sure a big part of these type of collabs is that the non knife companies influence will potentially bring in new customers. Considering you can find where people spent $500+ on the supreme/benchmade collab and Origin sells clothes for $100-200. I think you'd be surprisedThat makes some sense to me. However, I highly doubt non-knife people will drop $400+ on a folding knife.
