I'm not sure if it's the right place to post this....

This is my first year on the board, and I was wondering if people are always trying to get rid of stuff around the holidays.

I think I'll have to start saving up a bit for next year. There are some really great deals, but I have no $ so, damn....

You think this is bad (or good) wait until a few weeks before a major knife show. :D.

There are some really great deals because they have no $ either. Now you know when to be ready to buy. No more knives for you until next December! :)

Don't forget when Jerry Busse gets ready to send out new knives, there's a flood of oldies up for sale to finance the new purchases.

Yep, there are a lot of people like me, who are always looking for new toys. This means, something usually has to go first, as the Wife is not the most accomodating when it comes to knife toys. :)

Yes, it's always like this. :)

I've found the best times to have some knife money stashed are:

1. Before a major show (shot, blade, etc)
2. Before a major holiday
3. Tax time
