Is it carbon or stainless?

Can anyone tell me if the Henckels folders are carbon steel or stainless steel? …the copperhead in particular. The Knife Outlet says they are "carbon steel," while eknifeworks.com says the are "420 stainless."

…By the way, how is the overall quality?

Both. It depends on which one you get. I believe that generally the stag handled ones are stainless and the bone handled ones are carbon steel. I have a bone handled copperhead with carbon steel blades. The fit & finish is very good, and the red bone is very nice. For edgeholding it is not as good as some of my other carbon steel folders.
