Oh, Del meant stew. :o I was afraid to ask. I just watched the movie "Snow Dogs" this week and they were making something called slump. "Slew" scared me. :D
 
did some sheath work and made some bluejeans burl mycarta too like i said full day the block is like 1x5 cut off for testing

I roast the beef and then throw everything in a 2gal pot and simmer for 2 hrs. Actually it is SLEW, although the ingrediants or similar to what most people use to make beef stew, this is a soup base and NOT a gravy base. Gravy based stew is what I grew up on. However, the slew is as thick and rich as any gumbo I've had, so I can't really call it soup. Hence slew. Btw, its not gravy based because my wife doesn't tolerate gravy. When it comes to food I'm more like an opossum, shes more like a snake.:eek: (meant in a loving manner)

Wa..Wa..Wally, All the paperwork is in the container, which includes instructions for calibrating the unit. Also in the container is the King Brinnell microscope, that alone is sold for over $600 :eek:
