Is it off center?

Hi guys, my frd ordered Boker AF dagger for me and he received the package yesterday, he sent me these photos for quality check but the grind line seem slightly off center.
Is it acceptable? Should I return the product?

If it's for SD carry , it will cut and "keel" just fine .:thumbsup:

If it's a showpiece ...only you can judge how perfect it has to be .

If it's gonna bother you forever ...just send it back .

It wouldn't bother me .

Lighting and perspective can easily fool you. Especially when it's just photos. Looks absolutely fine to me though. Can you mark the parts where you think it's off?

In the third pic the grind line is not align to the tip, but as you said maybe the lighting problem.

OP: Looks fine to me as it does to others above. So, we apparently can't & don't see whatever it is that is bothering you.

So, if you can't get past whatever it is that is bothering you, my "advice" is to return it & to NOT to request an exchange because nothing is "perfect" and what you get back may be worse to your eye, as someone else above has already suggested

What may be causing the problem for you is the contrast between the black of the blade and the silver of the ground edge. If so, you may be happier choosing a non-DLC blade where any edge grinding irregularities will be less apparent.

It looks fine to me, and I have CDO (It's like OCD, but in alphabetical order, the way it's supposed to be).
