Are you asking if the video is fake?

In the US we call those machines ironworkers and they come in many shapes and sizes.

That particular machine is called a prihna ironworker by megafab. Amazing machines and in my opinion the best ironworkers out there. I am trying to design dies for the end used in the video as a press brake to use them for forging. The up and down limits on the machine are pretty awesome and I don't know why people haven't integrated them into their forging presses.
2 adjustable pieces of flatbar for up and down limits

I wonder why its looks so easy. Its doesn't even need any clamping!
You should clamp thicker plate if you want a square kerf I don't clamp anything thinner than 1/4" when using the nibbler section. FWIW the shear section of my version of that machine will shear 1" A36 by 12" wide.
