I hope this is the right forum for this question. Doesn't seem to fit anywhere else. If not, sorry in advance! I have a customer who said he Paypal'd my account last week sometime, but I didn't get a receipt for it or anything. I don't know the details yet, maybe he sent it from a bank account, which can be very slow, so I don't think there is a problem yet, but for argument's sake, is it possible to Paypal the wrong person?
Let's take this one step further. Let's say a buyer insists he has Paypal'd you, yet you never receive the funds in your account, a receipt of funds notice from Paypal, etc. How do you prove you have not received the money? I've always thought Paypal was a pretty good way of doing things, but this little bump in the road has me wondering.
