Is it possible to rate service providers on itrader?

You can rate them if your deal was was through an Exchange thread. Look at the bottom left of the original post of that thread, and see Rate Seller. Click on the checkmark and it will open an iTrader link.

You may want to open a FEEDBACK / GBU thread as well if the product or service deserves a more detailed explanation.
