Is it wise to coat my evenheat with ITC-100 or better

I was looking to protect the inside of my evenheat, maybe even make it more efficient. Or am I wasting my time
 
The ITC 100 supposedly increases the efficiency by a fair amount. I have seen claims of 30%. What is your oven coated with now?
