is knifecenter.com a good place to buy from?

They are first rate. I never had a problem with them. They were the first place I started buying knives from when I first got addicted.

There are several other places that sell the Outdoor Edge Paragee.

Good folks to deal with. Do a search in the Good BAd and Ugly forum, I'm sure something will turn up.
Good luck,
Matt

Howard is a great guy to deal with.

I just bought a couple of small folders from them and they arrived very quickly. Ordering was easy and I'm very satisfied :)

I've ordered about 15 knives from them. No problems with any of the transactions. And they're FAST, too.

the Knife center is great! I have bough a few knives from them and I had some problems (my fault) but their service was excellent. I would buy from them again, but i have decided that if possible i would buy from www.1sks.com because they support this forum.

This is stuff for Good Bad+Ugly. I am going to move it there.Youngcutter, in the future, I suggest you try doing a search over at GB+U, using the name of the company you are researching. It will provide a wealth of unsolicited opinions to help you decide if a business is good to work with.FWIW,
David

They were the first outfit I ever bought a knife online from. That positive experience led to many other purchases.
Great outfit to deal with.

That said,
This thread is travellin' to GB&U, hang on!
;)

I have to mail-order my knives from HK. I have had nothing but good experiences with the Knifecenter, they are quick and reliable. Their prices are normally fair, but I'd buy from them even if more expensive since I like their service.

I agree with most of the other posters. I've ordered over half a dozen knives and have been very pleased with the fast delivery and service.

I have bought several knives from them. I order over the phone and only if they have it stock, then I have it in no time. I bought my first knives from them as they were one of the first internet businesses that caught my attention with something I needed and could not buy locally. I still buy from them on occasion. Just depends who has what I want when I want it.

I have bought many, many knives from KCI. All have gone smoothly and I usually get my knives within 4 days and I live in Alaska and they're in Maryland!

Returns are no problem either. I bought a Baby Hatorri fighter that had a loose guard (not KCI faault). I sent the knife back on Tuesday and had a new one by the next Tuesday.

I have never had a problem with them and highly recommend them.
