is my d'fly pivot screw all screwed up

sorry, I kinda realised what you meant after i posted that

So I took it apart, becuase really its too much trouble to send it back to spyderco for me, and I figure why not learn, and I can lube and grease/tuff cloth the WHOLE thing inside and out - but I have a problem, I don't have a torx bit that is small enough for the body screws, it fits the pivot screw but not the body screw  - so becuase of this i can't get the blade back into the pivot point with the bronze bushings on :(, so taking it apart would be easier.

All hardware shops are shut so I can't get them, and the one I did visist probably had a small enough one, was in an electricians set, but I had to pay 35 bucks for all this other crap i didnt need, i only want the one bit, t28h or something it was called

so does anyone know the right size for the body screws? it would be much appreciated - i'll try supercheap auto and other car stores, but a size to look for would be good

here are some pics

Taken apart in a ziploc bag, so no losing of any part

inside I have 2 bronze bushings, a pivot screw thingy, a clip, a clip screw thingy, and a handle, with the backlock and screws inside

here you can see the body torx screw, and the pivot torx screw next to it, for a size comparison, looks to me like it is 1 size down?
