Welp, I have been emailing them daily, or more, to cancel my order since it seems they have not payed their phone bill. Maybe I should write a letter. I already got my yin and yang elsewhere. So far my account has not been charged. I may get yet another set of knives who knows. I now know to call a company first to make sure they are a legit business.
By the way, the yin, or is it the yang, the plain edged one, is the sharpest knife I have ever handled!!! I'm sure the serrated one will be nice too, it is very sharp, but I haven't used it on real food yet.
The stones are awesome as well. Larger and heavier than I thought they would be and the cases are very nice as well.
The bad thing is, if I get a duplicate set of knives and stones I don't know anyone that would apprecieate them enough to give them away as a present even. My neighbor sharpens his with one of those carbide rod blade cutting sharpeners! They put knives in dishwashers too. Those nice sharp spydies would be butter knives within a month!
I would keep the knives and sell the stones. Y'all might see them in the exchange.
