Is St nick's knives legit?

I can't seem to find much information on them. I did notice they have some exclusives and read that it's usually a sign they're good to go. Just being over cautious because I've never heard of them and the site is a lil bare bones.

They are legit however when one of their exclusives got misdelivered to me a few years back they basically told me “too bad you didn’t purchase the extra insurance, go pound sand.” I wasn’t thrilled with the experience.

Did you contest the charge on your card? That's pretty shitty of them. I've made 2(?) purchases of their exclusives and had no issues.
