The 940 just plain "fits my eye".
I know it's a real personal thing, (YMMV kind of thing), but to me I love everything about 940.
The blade shape, the weight, the weight ratio from the handle to the scales making it a "flick master", and the axis lock- LOVE the axis lock.
No point in arguing what is the "best", it's more personal than that, it's about what is the best for YOU.
