Hey guys, I bought a Boker Plus Bushcraft today. I only paid 50 dollars for it, the box it came in included a pretty cool fire starter and a leather sheath. Nice package considering the price paid.
The knife has a nice hefty feel to it, and it is made out of 440c steel. I figured this thing could take anything I could throw at it. I didn't have to search long to see that this thing gets some pretty nasty reviews.
For those of you that own or have owned this knife, do you think its a hunka junk? I noticed to that there is a next generation version out, I'm not sure if mine is the old or new version. Can someone explain the changes made in the second generation Boker Bushcraft knives?

I think just the convex grind is different. Not positive though ,also the handle looks a touch more ergonomic it's definitely not worth the extra money

Overall, I like the knife, but I wouldn't pay much more for it than what I gave though. The fire starter seems to get great reviews, one source claims it is one of the best on the market.
