Is the Buck 119 at Wal-Mart ok or get RC3?

Those two knives pictured are about 20 years apart in age. The Wal-Mart is the newer and the other was purchased by my Dad. So, that would probably account for the difference in them as much as anything. (plus the older knife has been used, the Wal-Mart one has never been)
