Is the Izula folder ever going to happen?

I guess I don't understand the hype surrounding this mythical knife at this point. I mean, what am I missing here? Whatever the final product is, it flat-out won't be a product that can do things that a trillion other knives (which are on the market now) can't do as well, or better. It's two handle slabs and a blade. How hard is it to make a folder that looks like an Izula? I mean, we know it won't have a lock that beats the Triad lock, so what are they waiting for? Make it a framelock or backlock that has an Izula shaped blade and just put the thing on shelves already.
