Is the mini buck strider a good EDC? The regular buck strider is too bulky to serve as a EDC for most people.
 
Greetings, if you like the tip up carry and a bit more bulk than a thinner knife,the mini strider works real good. I took the clip off and carry it in a 'nylon' sheath from Bucks Protege model. It will also fit in the sheath for the 112.I carry mine when I'm not carrying my PCKS. Handle one if you can, thats the best way to see where it fits for you.

I have a large tanto buck strider and it's great. I am trying to decide whether to get a waved EK tanto cqc7 or a mini buck strider in tanto. Which would you guys buy for a EDC: waved EK tanto cqc7 or a mini buck strider?
