Is the Penetrant Inspection Performed in Busse Knife/Sword Production?

On the official sites of Scrapyard and Swamp Rat, it was stated that each produced knife was is individually inspected by penetrant inspection. As I recall, this description seems to be once on the Busse Combat official site too, but it is not there now. I asked Gemini, it said this is probably due to the comparatively much lower carbon content in INFI steel which virtually guarantees from micro-fractures during quenching and eliminates the need for penetrant inspection.
