Is the spyderco Southard Flipper considered a gravity knife?

I've been carrying visibly-pocket-clipped folding knives on Long Island since the early 90s, including many interactions with police officers, without a single incident. When I'm in the city, I slip them into my pocket. If I'm being stopped and searched by a city cop, the fact that I have a Spyderco Southard in my possession is likely to be incidental to whatever more serious issue is occuring.
