From the GSO-5.1 product page (as of ~4 minutes ago):
After fulfilling the GSO-5.1 pre-sale orders, there were not many blades that passed the rigorous SURVIVE! standards to be available as regular production knives. Knives with cosmetic blemishes are sold as Factory 2nds, at a 10% discount. The reason there were not more GSO-5.1s available from this run is because of our high standard, which has only increased with the new production knives. The SURVIVE! standard means that minor cosmetic blemishes get bumped to the Factory 2nd section. This production run was the first batch to go through the new methods so they got beat up a bit more than the following production runs. We also sold quite a few of the blades during the presale in December, before we started the Monday release program.
The Factory 2nds go through all of the same production steps and are still covered by our warranty. If you are intent on getting a regular production GSO-5.1, know that we do already have steel for a follow-up run. Future runs will be much faster since all of the programing and forms have already been setup. There will not be any preordering available so be sure to keep an eye on our Production Schedule to know when they are close to being in stock again.

Yeah, I missed that....I went so fast and was just excited that I didn't see that red box come up telling me that my steel choice wasn't available.

Sadly it would let me order a 3V one so I got a 20V one instead. This will be my first Survive knife I cant wait for it to arrive!

and it looks like they may have fixed it on their web site, and you can still order 3V.. Here's hoping the fact that my order says (out of stock) next to it isn't big deal.

Did you order a 3V? Honestly, I think it was in stock, and if you made an order and paid, as I did, you're good to go. I just think they didn't get the steel name updated fast enough to remove the (out of stock). I hope.
