Seriously though, maybe - as they say - it will get worse before it gets better? I also bought a lot in 2020 and 2021 but only two this year.

I've been infected since 1973, first flea markets as a kid, then sporting goods stores when I reached my late teens, then catalogs and finally the worst enabler , the Internet.

No cure, yet. The only option is to treat the symptoms . . . with more knives.
 
I have over a dozen of knives, those low budget good performance ones, SAKs and some MP.
And I found a cure!!!!!
It is to go back and forth to other hobbies, like crafting miniature vehicles and figures, drawing, DIY, hiking, etc.
Ok, that's just switching from a drug to an other, not exactly a cure.

There is no cure. Since I joined here in August of 2021, here is a list of knives I bought from when I joined to now.

Lol I love that you are looking for a cure before the real sickness has even had a chance to set in. You haven’t even been exposed to the CRK or Hinderer bug!!!!!

Post pics of your collection, for a precise diagnosis.
 
Try to get over it before it's too late and you have a big pile of them that you are too lazy to sell and will never use and you think if I had started with only customs and had maybe 5 or 6 really kickass knives how much happier I would be and how much money I would have saved and wouldn't be writing run-on sentences in a forum and I will edit this if I forgot anything.
