Is there a method to ZT choosing model numbers?

I guess what I'm wondering is, does a model number tell you something about their knife models? Like if it was leaked that ZT was coming out with a "0875" but nothing else was leaked, could you figure out what some specs might be just by that number?

It seems that similar knives like the 0450 and 0452cf are Sinkevich's, the 056x (like the 0562cf that I long for) are Hinderer's, etc. and that's about all I know.

I don't think the model numbers specify anything... but some that look alike have a similar number. 05 series the 04 series etc.

02 = Anso

04 = Dmitry Sinkevich

08 = Todd Rexford
09 = Les George

but even then, some of those numbers doesn't mean the maker, because 03 and 05 and some others share those same numbers.

063 = Emerson
060 = RJ Martin

or

035 = Ken Onion
039 = Rick Hinderer
056 = Rick Hinderer

the last digit is the style most likely. and then you have CF for CarbonFiber, and others for different blade finishes or blade/scale colors. and some sprints will add blade steel in there iirc
