Is there a problem with Ft. Turner?

Do you guys know if Dana has had problems lately or something?

I ordered a custom hawk back in December and he told me it'd be a few weeks to get it.

Going on two months now with no contact. I emailed him at the beginning of the month and once a week ago with no response.

Wondered if anyone knew if something was up?

Shipping Information:

"Please bear in mind that our products are handmade, one at a time, and shipping time can vary dependent on many external factors beyond our control, i.e.: gone hunting, gone fishing, gone to Rendezvous!"

Maybe it's that sort of season.I'm not sure if there is a fishing season in California.
I have 2 of their hawks but they didn't take that long to get to me all the way to eastern Canada.
I'd call them as well.

Finally got ahold of Dana Turner today.

Had a nice bit of conversation ont he phone, and he explained things.
Seems like a great guy, and I understand what the holdup was (basically putting military orders first, which I wholeheartedly support), no hard feelings.

Just don't want anyone to think he's not a good guy to deal with.

My hawk should be here next week, I'll post a review when I get it and have a chance to work it out a bit.

I'm glad that things worked out. What kind of hawk did you order?I love my rogers rangers hawk by him.a real solid piece of craftmanship.

Glad all is well at Ft. Turner there good people.
Lets see pics when you get your new toy !
