Is there a sharpener that fits in the one-piece handles?

I've been looking all over for a ceramic rod or something that can fit in the handle of a 5.5" one-piece, but so far haven't had mch luck.
Anybody?

A "crock stick" fits in the handle but you need to take the rubber bits of the ends.

In my OPR handle I keep:
- magnesium firestarter with striker-steel (works great and I amaze my friends every time I light a camp fire with it with first strike)
- bandaid
- TWO sharpeners (medium & fine) removed from GATCO "V" sharpener. Some time ago I showed here how to transfer these into "safety sharpener" but I can't search forum now.

They also have sharpeners for sale at many fishing shops that are made to attach to a fishing vest. They have a groove for hooks but it can be used on knives as well.
