Is there a way to tighten the pliers on a Leatherman Squirt PS4?

I just got one of the new leatherman squirt PS4's the other day. Everything on it is perfect except for the pliers. They are very slightly uneven when open, and I thought that maybe I could put them in a vise and slightly squeeze them together to get the tips to line up perfectly.

Anyone know if that will work, or have another option for me?.

Its not a warranty issue as it is very slight. Its just something that bugs me, so sending it to Leatherman isn't an option.

I would like to fix it myself.

If I may piggyback on your post :) , I have a similar problem with a Squirt S2. Its plier jaws have been like that since I attempted bending wire much too thick for the tool, but hey! Weren't we all young and heedless once? :D
Likewise, the issue is too minor for warranty service, so I hope someone comes up with an easy fix. Thanx in advance for letting me look over your shoulder.
