Is there anything I am missing in my collection?

On my want to buy list I added;

Spyderco Military (Titanium/CPM M4)
Spyderco Gayle Bradley
Benchmade Mini Griptilian (Ritter)
Benchmade Presidio Ultra
Zero Tolerance 0170
Chris Reeve Sebenza (Small Insingo)
Victorinox Farmer
KA-BAR USMC Knife
Opinel Model 9
Emerson Horseman
Case Stockman

does this seem to cover my bases? I may add more.

Great collection! I am also 19 and used to have a collection similar to yours but recently sold a bunch to get more Sebenzas and Striders.

Spyderco Chinook
Spyderco Persian
Spyderco Lum Tanto
Spyderco Massad Ayoob
ZT 0400

I'd say you need a custom Demko folder. It can be had at $450. Strongest lock made.

Also, get some waved Emersons and Spydercos. Gotta give the wave a chance.

Case
Queen/Schatt & Morgan
Great Eastern Cutlery

A factory knife collection is not complete without a few traditional sliplocks:)

Randall Made - Model #1-7 'All Purpose Fighting Knife'...available for 75+ years now and still going strong...

Wow! I had no idea they were so affordable! I will add it to my list. I have no problems with waved folders, I had a waved endura that got stolen from work, it was a nice knife! I need to have at least one waved emerson folder.

I might add, NO SOGS OR COLD STEEL. The Twitch II was my one of my first "expensive" knives I owned and it was a total POS. I probably couldn't even sell it for $10.00. And I never had good luck with cold steel.

some brands you skipped over, fallkniven, lone wolf, victorinox (i may have missed it, didnt see a sak)...

a triad lock would be cool.
maybe a ranger series knife...

Spyderco Millie. They can be found in BG42, CPM D2, S90V, as well as ATS 34, and 440V (S60V).

The Gayle Bradley can be found in CPM M4, an incredible knife/steel combo. It doesn't really get much better for any price. Likewise the Stretch 2 ZDP 189 combination.

The Old Benchmade 710/M2 high speed steel combo was pretty nice. They also have made the knife in M4, D2, ATS 34(?), and most recently in 390PM.

Kershaw has a classic in the SG2 bladed JYD 2 ( Ti/framelock). The Shallot is so far the only production knife to come out in S110V, a monster super steel by any qualification. Lately they have done 390PM, and El-Max, two new, very high quality steels

I have the Spyderco Milli in M4 and Gayle Bradley on my list, I already have a 710 so thats covered. I am interested in the SG2 JYD 2 but I can't find one that isn't a blem... I don't have any composite blades either, so maybe just settle for the JYD 2 in D2 composite? :(

Buy what you like, and don't buy what you don't like, and your collection will be complete.

I agree. I think a lot of people on this forum don't trust their own aesthetic sensibilities. Personally ,if I don't get a thrill from how a knife looks, I won't buy it, no matter how much it's praised or what super steel it's made of.
