Is there one you keep coming back to?

I carry 2 knives but own over a hundred. The 2 knives I always find myself to carry the most are my Swiss champ plus and my Kershaw NRG knife. I just love both of those knives so much. I do however keep a Leatherman Wave and Rat 3 in my daily carry bag.

Spyderco Military.
I've been carrying the Mini-Manix for a few weeks while working on the road, and when I got home I didn't really have any great desire to switch back. But, sure enough, the Military slipped back in and that's what is in my pocket right now. That blade profile really is something else. The S90V steel doesn't hurt either.

There are 3 I keep coming back to equally often:
- Mcusta MC-75D Take: it was my first top quality knife, and I still carry it a lot
- Victorinox alox Soldier
- a nice Laguiole-en-Aubrac, my first laguiole, it's a bit smaller than the full size ones yet easy to carry.

I guess if I had to pick one that I keep coming back to, it would have to be my Spyderco ZDP Caly3, which I consider to be the finest pocket knife made.

With me its more brand than knife. I keep trying to make myself carry other brands but keep finding a Spyderco in my pocket. Not that its a bad thing but I really try to give others pocket time. Just not workin too well.

My SnG. Damn - I have been on a knife buying spree lately (quiet - the wife will hear).

I usually carry the new models nights and weekends.

The SnG usually goes with me to work every day.

I think all of the functionality and toughness in a relatively small and light weigh package holds a lot of appeal for me.

I keep coming to back to the same pair of knives and giving each about equal carrying time. No matter what else I get, I shortly go back to either a G10 Caly 3 or a small micarta Seb.

Buck/Mayo TNT... As much as I love my small wood inlaid Sebenza and my carbon fiber Caly-3 the TNT seems to end up in my pocket more often than not. It's lightweight, feels great in the hand, and holds it's edge amazingly well. (gotta love that Paul Bos heat treat)
