Is there or will there be a Carbonfibre/ZDP Spydie?

My knife addiction has reached the point that I can call a 250$ CF?ZDP folder a terrific value. I really am more into small fixed blades so a CF handled ZDP Mule style fixed blade would be cool. What made me think of the CF/ZDP was lusting after a single edged Microtech OTF I can't legally own. I need a black hi tech folder preferably a big one.

Sounds like you need to check out the Stretch II.

look into the Caly III as well. The Caly always seems to find its way into my pocket. IMO, it's the perfect EDC.

There's a Stretch with your name on it at Warriors and Wonders. $219 if I remember correctly, and fits the criteria(unless you need a black blade).

Stretch II is definitely a sweet knife.

Stretch 2 and Caly 3, each in CF, are among the best knives I'm aware of currently on the market. Caly 3 is incredibly comfortable in hand or pocket and provides precise cutting control. Stretch 2 has beautiful aesthetics, superb ergonomics and a thinner blade than I expected. It also carries very comfortably due to how thin it is.

If you like the combination of the two materials that much you should really EDC the ZDP Caly 3 and Stretch II.
(and the S90V Military fits the bill pretty well too.)

I received my Stretch II today, it really rocks!
I only have a complaint, but that's more of a personal taste: the choil is not deep enough on this knife, it's really comfortable to hold without the choil but with the finger on the choil it becomes a bit awkward...
However, it's a damn fine knife.
If you don't mind laminated ZDP, the Caly III is as good as this one, if not better (deeper choil, but no tip-down carry available).

I like the Caly but everywhere I have checked is out of stock. The Stretch just never really appealed to me. I really want something uberwicked like a CF/M4 Massood.
I may pick up a sage even though it is just mere S30V.
