Is this a Buck LE or aftermarket?

The handle inlay reminds me of the Native American series 110's with the kachina, quail, etc. inlays, but I can's seem to find it in the catalogs. Any idea if this was done by Buck or if it's aftermarket work?

A Nope,

That is a Buck factory issued LE from 1997. There were 3 models, Cougar, Grizzly, and Wolf. List states that 1500 of each were made and they came in a display box.
