Oh nooo! I recommend you pay him off and pack up your family and move. Also be sure to destroy any clues to your identity such as computers and other electronic devices. Just to safe. If everything works out, you will have a very rare cold steel knife and an interesting story to laugh about. :-)

We both live downunder, and I dodge them all the time per ce, I work in the field of law but not enforcement. You should see what I can do on paper with a pen if someone gets up my nose mate. It is true poetry in motion, and agreed as such by many legal people that know me the world over.

There would be no need for that once all BIB Bonds have been signed and filed appropriately with the Attorney General to then have the subject incarcerated for a certain period of time for the bonds to mature... and a long maturation period of course.:)

It seems that this guy may have alarmed more people on this forum than I thought he could have. So I feel it's worth mentioning that the situation here in Aus concerning idiots like him is nowhere near as bad as it is in other places. I know in America if such a thing happened there would be need for concern. But here, these clowns are nothing more than nuisances to anyone who wishes to dwell on them in that manner.

We just don't have the type of troublesome individuals that are found in other places. Could be a matter of "balance of scales" regarding the size of population, or could be the level of policing we have here, I can't be sure. Whatever it is, we simply don't have the dangerous idiots we so often see in other places and which are often stereotypically cast in many a Hollywood movies.

Here, the way most people cross paths with real sickos is when they're directly involved with them in drug circles and the like. Could be a matter of "familiarity breeds contempt" in such circles, coupled with a drug riddled body and mind, but whatever it is, that is about the only manner in which you'd need to worry about others here. If you're in drug circles and the like, then what comes of such things is pretty well expected anyway.

I hope that helps to clear the air for users in here, and believe me when I say that an idiot here in Aus, is just that; nothing more than an idiot.

You may have noticed that his knife has been pulled from Ebay. It was pulled yesterday, along with every other item he had for sale, and before it was pulled, it had over 6 days left to go on it. At least others won't fall for it now.

Worry not guys, and I do appreciate all your concerns, your humor and your support.

I believe ebay no longer makes suspended accounts look as though they're suspended. They just look like the seller has nothing to sell, ie, no items listed for him. He is kicked out, can't log back in, and the account looks idle. I believe they are dong this so that people/buyers can't see a lot of suspended accounts and think ill of Ebay admin for letting in bad people/sellers.

Another thing they're doing now and which you may NOT have heard of, is when you have communications with Ebay on matters that could potentially blow up in their face, WITHOUT telling or noticing you, they DELETE all traces of such message from within your message system. They're gone from your SENT folder and your INBOX. So the way around that is to VIDEO record yourself typing in or writing the message you have with them, as well as their responses to all your messages the FIRST TIME you open them to read them, and also make sure you video yourself/your-screen showing clearly the message that you sent them AND THE FACT that you DID SEND IT TO THEM and the system acknowledging that it was sent. ALL ON VIDEO and store it for posterity until you know it's a null matter. I've been aware of this for some months with other matters I've had on Ebay. So since then I have been video'ing EVERYTHING I send to and read from Ebay Admin.
