Is this a knockoff or just spyderco inspired?

Even the most WTF designs Spyderco has made* can't approach the stupidity of that knife.


*I love Spyderco, they're my favorite company, but there's no denying that some of their designs are pretty "out there".
 
Somewhat reminds me of the Spyderco Balance. It’s probably about waist-deep into the knockoff territory. Wouldn’t trust my fingers with it.
