I thought selling/advertising like this is against Ebay policies, ie
1. selling a counterfeit Chris Reeve knife with his trademark logo on it.
2. selling a copy, clone, similar and using the authentic manufacturer in the wording, ie "Chris Reeve Folding Knife Wood Handle Style." From what I recall, you cannot use another manufacturers name to sell your item. You cannot say, similar to Chris Reeve, Chris Reeve clone, better than Chris Reeve etc if it is not a Chris Reeve authentic knife. Just like you cannot say you are selling a Toyota and use the words in the header that it is a "Toyota with Ferrari like handling." The reasons are is it may be confusing to the buyer, not sure if they are buying a Toyota or a Ferrari and when doing a search for a Ferrari, you end up seeing the Toyota ad with the work Ferrari in it.
