is this a real Buck?

I bought this a few years ago and was wondering if it a true buck,could some one have replaced the blade or is it a fake?

Yes, it is real, but the blade serrations have been added subsequent to manufacture.

Definitely real and modified as stated above. I'm surprised someone would do that to such a great knife!!!!

It looks real to me,but those serrations make me want to weep.

Looks to me like you have a brown bone, damascus blade, nickle silver 110, one of 3000 made in 1989-90. Yours is from 1990. As others have stated the serrations as well as the file work on the blade spine and the opening stud are non factory modifications.

I would have it rebladed, but that's just me. I think the handle deserves it.
