Is this a Ricky Fowler neck knife? Looks old.

I found this in a pawn shop in Petaluma this weekend. When I look under Fowler knives now he does not show in Mississippi.

Has anyone seen these before?
Is this Ricky Fowler's work?

I really like this knife.

That is one of Ricky's knives and he moved to Alabama. He has also opened up a knife store and has been doing very well. He will be at the Blade Show. Ricky usually numbers his knives but I only looked at one of the pics you posted.
The number on the back is the number of knives made by Ricky at that time. I did look.
