Is this a Schrade?????

I've seen this eBay auction linked on several different forum posts.

My favorite part is where he says the rock is solid like granite, then describes it as a clay dirt mixture.

Take a few of your knives, roll them up in dirt with a high clay content, and bake them for a few hours. You'll be a billionaire after two weeks. :)

You mean it might be fake. I am taking my bidback. That reminds me there is a 46 hour twilight zone marathon starting Friday. What do you call it if you find one of these with petrified fecal matter in it, is that a POOPAA. I have never met anyone named Telequa. If this is all the original owner brought back from Atlantic City he must have had the same dealer at the trop that I did. LT

I bet that if you carbon dated the stag on that knife, you would find it belonged to one of the sailors on the ill fated Philidelphia during Tessla's degausing trials. Teleportation through the space/time continuem is a well established fact, as is rematerialization in solid objects. When I was a little kid in the first grade, I went to sleep in the car in Arkansas and when I woke up I was in Tennessee! And a nickle from my pocket was later discovered by x-ray to be in my stomach! Talk about spookey! Maybe I should call Art Bell? I still have that nickle too. Maybe that guy would swap his poorock for my poonickle? :D

I'm pretty sure that the information in the description is....."Rock Solid"......but....
The seller does mention a 5,000,000 year old "rock" of coal (must be similar to the one I got in my Stocking this year.. :o )....so in keeping with his other descriptions, I guess this legitimizes this "Artifact" as a true "Diamond in the Rough".....what do you folks think?

If I take all of my retirement money, I'm a couple hundred thousand light.....but I'm calling my banker, Mr. Mysterio, today. Maybe he wants to participate? Or maybe the new NKCA Museum wants a piece of the action? I sure hope it's a Schrade (Forum Content).

Oh, and hey, doesn't that handle look like jigged bone or plastic? Well I guess it could be a Stag's antler......since it passed through time and space, and all.

I think the rock is real and probably Mexican, it looks very much like the ones used to make the Aztec idols that I see for sale to tourists, the sellers say that they are original found around the area of the Teotihuacan pyramids.

The knife is probably a Chinese Schrade (it´s from the future), this probably explains why a magnet wont attract it, cheap low carbon stainless steel.

The starting bid is not unreasonable if it is in dollars from the future, with inflation and all it´s probably worth the same as a pound of coffee. I´ll look around and see if I can find a rock with a couple 1,000,000 dollar bills inside.

Dang it, so that's where my other Tennessee River Trapper went! I really have to be more careful on my time trips.

That is priceless! I mean it, now could anyone put any price on something like that!!!???

My favorite Ebay item was the aircraft carrier that some kid who had never bought anything more expensive than a used CD 'won' for a bit over 13 million dollars (US).

Of course they are not originals, Luis! I have the original here! Miguel told me he found it himself years ago. I bought it from him in El Mercado at San Antonio back in the eighties. It even has the idol's name on it. "His name is Hecho from mexico hermano pequeno!" is what Miguel said. And it cost me almost as much as a real Schrade (continuing forum theme here) I have to tell you! I haven't broken it open to see if there are any knives inside though.
