Whaddya think?

Actually, pretty sweet!
I have flipped it a few times, but I'm in the works for a trade with it, so I don't want to mess it up too much.

>>I was 'young' about 40 years ago!!!

You are only as old as you feel, or really as old as you decide to be. I have a pastor that is 78 years young, and the teenagers have a hard time keeping up with him.

My son showed me a old black and white training film for a martial arts trainer that was 80 years old. He had about 4 of his students attack him at the same time for about 20 min. or maybe longer, and he just kept flipping them, and they just kept rolling away.

There is power and strength available to those who are willing to live a deciplined life. But most are not willing to take advantage of what is available to them. Like Cher says, if it came in a bottle, everyone would have it, but the only way to get it, is to go out and work for it.

Most are looking for the easy way out, but the rewards that are really worth the while, take a bit of effort to get. Otherwise, it would not be a reward, it would be a gift. Thanks, JohnR7
