Is this a true SOG knife and what is it?

Bought this knife at a pawn shop for $15.00 The sheath is nylon and all black. Does not say SOG on the sheath anywhere. On the knife itself it says Seiki, Japan on one side and SOG on the other. Anyways, here are some pics. Sorry about the quality.

yup, thats a sog seal pup elite, one of the original models. congrats, 15 bucks is a great deal for that! you can see the newer model on sog's site. basically the same except the new one has jimping along the spine and a few handle changes but the blade shape and overall handle shape are the same. i'm not 100% sure on the sheath, but it looks genuine to me. hope this helps!
