Is this Emerson Counterfeit?

New to forums here. I recently obtained a Commander & a Mach-1, & was checking out web sites just for more information.
Boy, what a suprise. Several on-line stores are selling counterfiets as the real thing. It's one thing to knowingly buy a cheap knock-off to open boxes or such, but another to pay $150 for what you are lead to believe is authentic.

I've seen fakes of all sorts here but that one looks very well made. I've seen crappy folding karambits with the Emerson logo printed on the blade. I'm not that knowledgeable with Emersons to categorically say that's a fake, but the low price is a little suspicious.

Some of the other fakes I've seen here are AO knives similar to Leeks, S&Ws and even an impressive copies of Kershaw ETs. But the ET copies don't have Kershaw on them, but have the logo of the Chinese manufacturer. The blade steel "felt" crappy but the mechanicals are obvious copied from the ET.

To the other Filipinos here, have any of you seen well made copies of Emerson Karambits? Where did you see them in Manila?

Update on my posts above. Seems I may have been a little too quick to criticize. My Commander is dated 2005, & is like the Super Commander in the 2nd post above except does not have the 3rd screw towards the blade in the handle. I have since checked out Emerson's website, & evedently the newer version pictured there has three handle screws in a row located toward the center of the handle - just like the one labeled as a knock-off above. Sorry to jump to conclusions too quick there. (BTW, I do agree that the one pictured in the 1st post is a counterfiet)
Am I right that all Emersons are serial #'ed?

Every branded product for sale in the Philippines is fake? I thought everyone knew that! It's Bazzaro world over there.

Fulloflead,
No, I meant the the video was of a real Emerson. I originally meant that the one in the ad (photo) is fake due to the difference of the screws in the handle. As you can see, they are laid out like the fake in the 1st post. Per my correction, I have now learned that the screw pattern is different between early real Emersons & current real Emersons. My confusion came from assuming that Comanders had not changed since introduction. The video is of an early real one, the still photo is of a current real one.

Sorry to necro the thread but today I bought a used emerson. I dont know the model, but I paid $40 for it. the store got it from is reputable but know I dont know. the finish is wore off but the logo is still there. it has a flat head screw for the blade pivit, cross head fr the handle, and feels really solid and smooth. I mean better than my benchmade and spydercos. It just sa "emerson" then in tiny print knive inc then in slightly larger print the "2000" divided by the logo. If someone wants me to e-mail em picsI can but I cant figure out how to post pics. The owner of the shop said he took it on trade from the owner and sent it to emerson to be sharpened to get a chip out of the blade. t had a pretty bad edge on it, but he cleaed it up for me. like i said it feels solid like a rock. Locks up tight. And took a little work on my DMT to get it sharp as heck. Has jibbing on bottom of handle, liner lock, back of handle and blade, and eithe stainless or ti liners.
