Is this Emerson real or Fake

I purchased it from GPknives.com which is pretty well known around these forums. gpknives said Satin Finish but the blade is painted silver? everything else looks legit i guess. by the way, does the liner lock come kinda stiff from emerson? all it needs to do is wear in?
