Is this glue good for gluing liners

As the title asks, is this glue good for gluing liners? Bout to do my first set.

I have a bottle and used it for that once. Works fine.

Yup its what i use, or something simular. Once its glued i drill little divits into the handle material so the epoxy gets in three.
