Is this Kelly Perfect worth fixing up?

Wow nice job cleaning it up. I love the old Kelly Jersey heads. Nice to see it has a new owner that will care for it. The idiot who did all of that should never own an axe. In fact he should only be allowed to use stone tools like the caveman he is. Those heads are tough and it would take unimaginable abuse to do that.
