Is this new forum slower than cold molasses or is it just me?

Harry, Spark had upgraded the forums to a higher number, 6.0 I think it was and with many new features.
Even Spark was disappointed and since there was no immediate solution retrograded it back to what it was.
You missed all the "excitement?"

I have direct cable hookup with at&t and it was damn slow even with this but now it seems to have cleared up once you get to the forum. The only thing I wonder about is all of the little boxes that are supposed to be pictures....just the boxed with an "X" in the middle.

Ron the upgrade had a smiley feature where you could choose the smiley of your choice and it would insert it on the end of the last word or punctuation mark. That feature took the place of ;eek; ;rolleyes; ;p

;( and so on. When Spark retrograded the system all of those smileys became the boxes you see now.
