I don't know how many were made, but very few exist today Sam. Collectors like something a little rare; they like the prestige of owning something few people have, and they are willing to pay a lot to fill or help complete a collection. There is pride of ownership, and a little greed involved. There is the thrill of the hunt! I find that it feels about the same to experience 500 horsepower in a 1/4 mile, as it does to find a minty Harness Jack I've never seen before!
Does that help you with collector mindset??
If I had the money, I'd plunk the $3000 for a Case XX 5391, or $4500 for a Case Tested 5391 for that matter!!
