I did a 2 second search in this forum for "bladematrix" and instantly got a page worth of comments. That search feature is your friend and not at all hard to use.

I have done business with them a few times and have had no problems. Until this week that is :grumpy:
I received an email yesterday about a knife I had on order since the 20th. Bladematrix cancelled the order telling me that the knife was out of stock. Yet the knife and five others just like it remain on there website
I emailed them back asking about my refund and have not heard from them since. They also do not have any phone numbers on there site which is pretty inconvenient.

I have done a few transactions with no problem. However the last time I did, the Cc charge was denied. I called my bank that Blade Matrix is on their "do not fund" list due to a high # of bad transactions.

Wow! that's not good. I still have not got a repsonse from three emails.

What that means is that they have been hit for a lot of chargebacks. Credit card companies hate chargebacks. For a company like BladeMatrix, chargebacks will usually result from not supplying the products that were paid for.
