Is Worker Tip Up or Tip Down?

I have a Delica and am just getting use to the tip up carry. In the future I have plans of purchasing a Worker. Is the Worker tip up or tip down carry?

The Worker is a steel handled knife right?? I think it is. If it is just reverse the clip. Drill some holes and your good to go.

However~~

Moving the clip in this manner may void your warranty for lifetime repair or replacement...it is considered "disassembly" according to Keith, my co-hort slash repair guru here in Customer Service...
