I ordered a Spyderco Manix from IT. Free Priority Mail shipping. Took 8 days from order to delivery so order was placed 4-5 days before shipment was sent. I've emailed three times for a return number and haven't gotten a response from emails on these dates: Dec 21, Dec 23, and Dec 29th.
