Got a dentist appointment this morning and if it wasn't for that I'd have no idea as to what day it is. Knifemaking after that...... Have a Great New Year! :thumbup: :thumbup:
 
Tonight: Friends christmas...Translation: booze it up, exchange gifts.
Tomorrow: NYE....Translation: Booze it up, 20% chance of puking involved before its over.
Sunday: Recovery. Maybe some knifemaking
 
Making a run up to Winnepesaukee today with the wife. Her brother lives up there, and we will have a fine dinner and come back late. Tomorrow probably spend the day in the shop. Been on the wagon for a week now, so probably no drinkng for me tomorrow night.

off today just fired up my charcoal forge going to attempt to finish the blade i started on a week ago and waiting for noon then maybe out comes the BEER:thumbup:
 
I have two to finish up. I think I'll do this holiday with out even a beer (mainly cause I'm out) to see what that is like. I'm supporting Higgy in his new dryness...

I'm going to do some leather work, some garage-cleaning and toss back a few beers. Have a safe one!

Heading home early in the morning. Stopping by a fellas house on my way up and picking up a 52" sawmill blade.

Jam session tonight, using my Christmas present, a brand spankin' new Fender "52" re-issue Telecaster, fantastic guitar.

Tomorrow a movie and dinner with my sweety, than back home with my sweety for some frozen mudslides. Probably won't make it to the witching hour :D . Won't want to venture out on amature night :eek:

I'm with Higgy and Tracy on this one, will have to celebrate the New Year with some 7-up or something. Anyway, Higgy, from the looks of your tummy in that other photo, you need to shed 2.6 pounds anyway. Tracy, you shouldn't even be home tomorrow. You should be scouring Manakota on our project:D

That a Custom Shop, Larry? What color, and neck? I assume maple. Did the '52 have a lipstick tube?
 
I HT'ed two camp knives today. Finished up a special project knife and sheath. I used some Brazilian ironwood I had. Great looking stuff. It has more orange in it then desert ironwood. I like it better. Staying home for the New Year. I don't drink adult beverages any more so no hang over for me.:D Happy New Year all
