I made couple of contacts by emails regarding a return since Nov 10th, also left msg on FB and Twitter. It has been 17 days that I havent had anything back from them.
Anyone experiencing the same issue recently?

Call them. They are hit or miss but normally will take care of you.

I've heard some negative stuff, but when they shipped me an incorrect item they contacted me, shipped the correct item, and let me keep the item they shipped erroneously.
