I Completed a transaction with Joey Krebs from thread (http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...Buck-rat1-s-micra-s-Swiss-champ-leatherman-zt) listing a Victorinox Swiss Champ, Two Micras and a Leatherman Folder. I asked in the thread to be sure that the Victorinox was indeed a Swiss Champ model and Joey confirmed it was. Shipping was fast and all items arrived in good condition although slightly dirty. The Victorinox that arrived however was the Champion Plus not the Swiss Champ. This was labeled on at least two places on the box. I responded to Joey's last email notifying him of the issue and sent him descriptions of the two knives so he was aware of the difference between them. After no reply I posted on his Visitor Messages, after no reply I posted in the thread asking for contact as the item listed was not what was shipped. I still received no response. I then posted negative feedback on the deal. Joey then responded to my messages stating that he was sorry but had been away from his email and just wanted to make things right. He suggested sending all the items back and he would refund my money including my cost for shipping the items back. I said I was happy with the Micra's and the Leatherman Folder and wanted to keep those but I would go ahead with shipping the Champion Plus back if he would send my money back plus shipping. We agreed that he would return my money via USPSMO and I would ship the knife back. We both agreed to do this on Friday the 12th of April 2013. I shipped his knife back on the 12th as agreed but have yet to receive any return of my payment. I have emailed, posted to visitor messages, and again posted in the thread asking for contact on this transaction. Joey has not responded to any contact what so ever. Joey's feedback was good so I did not have any concerns about this transaction; however I suppose there is always a first time for someone to ignore a bad transaction and just hope it goes away. I waited to post this thread until I felt Joey Krebs (X-Ray Gun) was allowed sufficient time to respond. As of 5-3-2013 it will be 3 weeks since the knife was shipped back and payment was supposed to be returned.
